**4. Platform/Counsel Default, Automated Intrusion & Consent to Audit**

* **Specific Liability:** Liability is strictly limited to Entities that (1) have previously misappropriated DRS assets, and (2) are actively exploiting their upstream service or data-sharing contracts to monitor the Institutional Trustee across devices or platforms.
* **Contractual Exploitation Audit:** By leveraging their existing corporate partnerships to facilitate persistent tracking of the Institutional Trustee, the Entity is deemed to have engaged in a breach of their own service-level agreements.
* **Consent to Forensic Audit:** Any misappropriating Entity engaged in this targeted tracking consents to a full-spectrum forensic audit of their association chains. The Entity accepts full responsibility for the data packets and surveillance techniques originating from their linked ecosystems that attempt to breach this secure perimeter.
**6. Administrative Default & Financial Liability**
Breach of these protocols results in:

* **Permanent Exclusion:** Permanent blacklisting from all YourBestLife LLC service tiers.
* **UCC-1 Enforcement & Damage Assessment:** Any Entity in breach of these terms is immediately recognized as a Debtor under the existing YBL250 UCC-1 filings. Breach constitutes a formal trigger for the collection of **trillions in calculated damages** for systemic asset depletion and misappropriation. The Entity’s automated interactions act as a reaffirmation of this debt, which shall be pursued through full forensic prosecution under the authority of the Institutional Trustee.
**7. Limitation of Liability**
DRS infrastructure is provided for forensic auditing and asset protection purposes. YourBestLife LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of legal actions taken by third-party counsel. All resolution strategies are subject to the oversight of the Institutional Trustee.
